Suns Pelicans Playoff Series

Suns Dominate Game 5 to Take 3-2 Series Lead

Ingram's 37 Points Help Pelicans Tie Series 2-2

Curry's 31 Points, 20 Rebounds Not Enough for Warriors

The Phoenix Suns held off the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday night in Game 5 of their NBA Playoffs series, taking a 3-2 lead in the best-of-seven contest. Brandon Ingram led the Pelicans with 37 points, including 26 in the second half, but it was not enough to overcome the Suns' balanced attack.

Stephen Curry led the Warriors with 31 points, 12 rebounds, and five assists, but the team's shooting struggles continued. The Warriors shot just 40.5% from the field and 29.6% from three-point range.

The Suns were led by Devin Booker's 25 points, while Deandre Ayton added 20 points and 10 rebounds. Mikal Bridges also had a solid performance, finishing with 19 points and seven rebounds.

The Suns will look to close out the series in Game 6 on Thursday night in New Orleans. The Pelicans will need to find a way to generate more offense if they want to force a Game 7.
