Chelsea continued their impressive form with a comfortable 2-0 win over Sheffield United in their Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
The Blues, who were two-thirds through a demanding three-game week, showed no signs of fatigue as they dominated the match from start to finish.
Chelsea's breakthrough came in the 54th minute when Cole Palmer found the net with a well-taken finish. Nicolas Jackson then sealed the victory with a composed strike in the 61st minute.
Despite a valiant effort from Sheffield United, Chelsea's superior quality proved too much to overcome.
With the win, Chelsea move up to third place in the Premier League standings with 45 points from 17 matches.
